For few months, I’ve added ‘refreshing and energizing drink’ to my health regime because it detox my system and keep me fresh all the day. I Drink on An Empty Stomach Every Morning.

How to make

Ingredients:

One glass of warm Water

¼ teaspoon Cinnamon powder

½ teaspoon Ginger powder

1 teaspoon Honey

2 table spoons Lemon juice

Directions:

Warm the water and then stir in ½ teaspoon ginger powder, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder. The last two ingredients are 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Stir it all together, and your morning drink is ready to enjoy.
